Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions apply to Renkita – My Coloring Book (the "Application"), together with any related services operated by Ali Osman KAHRAMAN (the "Service Provider"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Service
Renkita – My Coloring Book provides a digital coloring and creative activity app. Features may change over time as the Application is improved, updated, or adapted to platform requirements.
License to use the Application
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a compatible mobile device for personal, educational, or internal use, depending on the nature of the Application.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source code, resell, redistribute, or create derivative versions of the Application except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Ownership of images and visual assets
All images, illustrations, coloring pages, puzzle images, thumbnails, downloadable visuals, and other visual assets made available inside Renkita – My Coloring Book are owned by the Service Provider or used under rights held by the Service Provider.
You may use these visuals only through the intended features of the Application and for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, extract, scrape, redistribute, publish as a separate collection, sell, sublicense, upload to stock/image repositories, include in competing apps or websites, use for merchandise, or use them to train datasets or automated systems without prior written permission.
Sharing ordinary screenshots for app reviews, support requests, or personal recommendation is allowed as long as the images are not extracted, repackaged, or redistributed as standalone assets.
Educational and teacher-approved use
Renkita – My Coloring Book may be presented as teacher-approved, child-friendly, or educational. This means the content and app experience are prepared or reviewed for age-appropriate and learning-friendly use. It does not guarantee specific learning outcomes, exam success, curriculum compliance, or suitability for every child, classroom, or educational program.
Parents, guardians, and teachers remain responsible for selecting activities appropriate to the child’s age, needs, device settings, and learning environment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Application in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, or inconsistent with its intended purpose. You must not attempt to interfere with the Application, third-party services, other users, platform systems, advertisements, billing mechanisms, or security features.
Advertisements and third-party services
The Application may display advertisements and may rely on third-party services such as Google Play Services and AdMob. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limits, and technical requirements.
You must not manipulate, block, abuse, automate, or fraudulently interact with ads, billing systems, app store systems, or third-party service mechanisms.
User-generated content and communication
If the Application or related services allow you to submit, upload, send, or report content, you must not submit illegal, infringing, abusive, defamatory, misleading, hateful, explicit, malicious, spam, phishing, or privacy-violating content.
The Service Provider may remove, restrict, or report content where necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or operate the Application.
Availability and updates
The Application may be updated, changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued. Some features may depend on Android, Google Play, device compatibility, network connectivity, third-party services, or regional availability. The Service Provider does not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
No warranty
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for every specific purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, device issues, server damage, missed learning outcomes, or reliance on information provided through the Application.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
Termination
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application or related services if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Application, violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or create risk for the Service Provider, third-party services, or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ends.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the Application changes, platform requirements change, third-party services change, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the Application after updated Terms are published means you accept the updated Terms.
