Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions apply to Katlanan Kareler (the "Application"), together with any related services operated by Ali Osman KAHRAMAN (the "Service Provider"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Service
Katlanan Kareler is a simple and enjoyable 2048 puzzle game based on merging matching numbers to reach larger tiles. The goal is to plan your moves, use the board wisely, and reach the highest tile you can.
Features may change over time as the Application is improved, updated, or adapted to platform requirements.
License to use the Application
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a compatible mobile device for personal or internal use.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source code, resell, redistribute, or create derivative versions of the Application except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Game content and visual assets
The game interface, icons, number tiles, visual design elements, graphics, text, and related assets included in Katlanan Kareler are owned by the Service Provider or used under rights held by the Service Provider.
You may use these assets only through the intended features of the Application and for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, extract, redistribute, republish, sell, sublicense, include in competing apps or websites, or use them for dataset creation or automated system training without prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Application in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, or inconsistent with its intended purpose. You must not attempt to interfere with the Application, third-party services, other users, platform systems, advertisements, billing mechanisms, or security features.
Advertisements and third-party services
The Application may display advertisements and may rely on third-party services such as Google Play Services and AdMob. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability limits, and technical requirements.
You must not manipulate, block, abuse, automate, or fraudulently interact with ads, billing systems, app store systems, or third-party service mechanisms.
Achievements, scores, and game progress
The Application may use local or platform-supported storage mechanisms to show scores, highest reached tile, achievements, game progress, and preferences. Scores, achievements, or progress information are not guaranteed to remain available on every device, platform, or after every update.
User-generated content and communication
If the Application or related services allow you to submit, upload, send, or report content, you must not submit illegal, infringing, abusive, defamatory, misleading, hateful, explicit, malicious, spam, phishing, or privacy-violating content.
Availability and updates
The Application may be updated, changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued. Some features may depend on Android, Google Play, device compatibility, network connectivity, third-party services, or regional availability.
No warranty
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for every specific purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, device issues, score or progress loss, or missed gameplay outcomes.
Termination
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application or related services if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Application, violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or create risk for the Service Provider, third-party services, or other users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the Application changes, platform requirements change, third-party services change, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the Application after updated Terms are published means you accept the updated Terms.
