Images and creative content inside the Application
Images, illustrations, puzzle images, thumbnails, and other visual assets provided inside Huzurlu Kareler are created by Ali Osman KAHRAMAN or published with rights held by him.
These assets are not treated as user-provided personal data merely because you view, solve, download, or interact with them inside the Application.
The Application may store local progress or interaction data related to these assets, such as completed puzzles, favorites, download counts, view actions, or similar app usage information.
Third-party services, advertising, and analytics
The Application may use third-party services such as Google Play Services and AdMob. These services may collect or receive information as described in their own privacy policies, including device information, advertising identifiers, app interactions, crash information, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Because Huzurlu Kareler is designed for children and families, advertising and third-party services are intended to be used in a way that follows applicable platform policies for child-directed apps. Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the Application.
Support emails and related correspondence may be retained as long as necessary to respond to your request, protect legal rights, and maintain records of user communications. Aggregated or anonymized information may be retained because it no longer identifies you.
Children’s Privacy
Huzurlu Kareler is designed for children and families as a mobile puzzle app. The app does not directly ask children to provide their name, email address, phone number, precise location, or other personal contact information.
The app does not include account creation, public user profiles, social sharing features, or user-generated content areas that allow children to share personal information.

User rights

Artificial Intelligence and automated decision-making
The current version of the Application does not use Artificial Intelligence technologies to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. If AI-based features or automated decision-making features are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated as required.
International transfers
Third-party service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable law requires safeguards, appropriate mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other recognized transfer tools will be used.
Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with the Application. However, no method of storage, transmission, or device protection is completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your device, screen lock, account credentials, network access, and any information you choose to send through the Application or to support channels.
