References to teacher-approved or educational content mean that the app experience and learning/creative materials are prepared or reviewed for age-appropriate, classroom-friendly, or family-friendly use. This does not mean the Application is an official school system, government curriculum, or public authority certification unless expressly stated elsewhere.
Third-party services, advertising, and analytics
The Application may use third-party services such as Google Play Services and AdMob. These services may collect or receive information as described in their own privacy policies, including device information, advertising identifiers, app interactions, crash information, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Where required by applicable law, non-essential advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies will be used only after consent is obtained. You can also manage certain advertising preferences through your device settings and Google account settings.
Legal basis for processing
Where the GDPR or similar privacy laws apply, the Service Provider may rely on one or more lawful bases, depending on the processing activity:
- Contract performance, where processing is necessary to provide the Application and its core features.
- Consent, where you choose optional features or where consent is required for advertising, analytics, or similar technologies.
- Legitimate interests, such as maintaining app security, preventing abuse, improving performance, and understanding aggregated usage trends.
- Legal obligation, where processing or disclosure is required by applicable law or valid legal process.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the Application.
Support emails and related correspondence may be retained as long as necessary to respond to your request, protect legal rights, and maintain records of user communications. Aggregated or anonymized information may be retained because it no longer identifies you.
Children’s privacy
For apps designed with child-friendly or educational use in mind, the Service Provider does not knowingly request children to provide direct personal information inside the Application. Parents, guardians, and teachers should supervise app use where appropriate and review device-level advertising, purchase, and privacy settings.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application or related support channels, contact android@aliosman.com.tr so appropriate action can be taken.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and information about automated decision-making. California residents may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing where applicable, limit sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination.
To exercise privacy rights, contact android@aliosman.com.tr. The Service Provider may need to verify your request before responding.
Artificial Intelligence and automated decision-making

International transfers
Third-party service providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable law requires safeguards, appropriate mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other recognized transfer tools will be used.
