Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions apply to Varkuna (the "Application"), together with any related services operated by Ali Osman KAHRAMAN (the "Service Provider"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Service
Varkuna provides a SSH client and server connection manager. Features may change over time as the Application is improved, updated, or adapted to platform requirements.
License to use the Application
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a compatible mobile device for personal, educational, or internal use, depending on the nature of the Application.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source code, resell, redistribute, or create derivative versions of the Application except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Application, its code, interface, design, text, brand elements, databases, icons, and other protected materials remain the property of the Service Provider or the relevant rights holders. No rights are granted except the limited license described in these Terms.
Authorized use only
You may use Varkuna only with systems, accounts, networks, and credentials that you own or are authorized to access. You must not use Varkuna for unauthorized access, intrusion, abuse, disruption, credential theft, bypassing security controls, or activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Credentials, keys, and commands
You are responsible for keeping your device, screen lock, SSH credentials, private keys, passphrases, and remote systems secure. Commands sent through Varkuna run on the remote server you connect to and may change files, services, data, or security settings. Review commands before sending them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Application in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, or inconsistent with its intended purpose. You must not attempt to interfere with the Application, third-party services, other users, platform systems, advertisements, billing mechanisms, or security features.
Purchases and platform services
If the Application offers paid features, lifetime access, or future purchases, such transactions may be processed through Google Play or another app store. Payment, refund, and account handling are governed by the applicable store policies.
User-generated content and communication
If the Application or related services allow you to submit, upload, send, or report content, you must not submit illegal, infringing, abusive, defamatory, misleading, hateful, explicit, malicious, spam, phishing, or privacy-violating content.
The Service Provider may remove, restrict, or report content where necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or operate the Application.
Availability and updates
The Application may be updated, changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued. Some features may depend on Android, Google Play, device compatibility, network connectivity, third-party services, or regional availability. The Service Provider does not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
No warranty
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for every specific purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, device issues, server damage, missed learning outcomes, or reliance on information provided through the Application.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
Termination
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Application or related services if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Application, violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or create risk for the Service Provider, third-party services, or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ends.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when the Application changes, platform requirements change, third-party services change, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the Application after updated Terms are published means you accept the updated Terms.
